Jessie received her bachelor's degree from UNC Chapel Hill and earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. She serves teenagers and adults and has clinical experience in the areas of post-traumatic stress disorder, developmental trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, depression, grief/loss, obsessive compulsive disorder, self-esteem and eating disorders. As a Christian counselor, she provides Christ-centered care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment and believes that everyone has the ability to experience personal growth and healing. Jessie tends to work from Humanistic, Cognitive-behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral treatment modalities while also remaining flexible to adapt to each individual's unique needs. She is currently seeing clients via telehealth only.
