ALISHA BISBEE, LCMHCA

Alisha graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University – La Crosse, WI. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in WI and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in NC. She has experience working with clients from ages five and up. Alisha specializes in depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, self-harm, trichotillomania, anger management, adjustment disorders, maternal mental health, and more.

When starting counseling with Alisha, she will first work to understand your worldview, or how you see, experience, and think about things. Alisha will utilize evidence-based treatments and techniques that best fit your worldview and presenting concerns. Alisha typically uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) but will utilize other approaches when needed.
