Tisha has been a valued member of the KCC team since 2018 and serves as our Billing Specialist. With her strong attention to detail and extensive knowledge of KCC’s billing processes, Tisha works diligently behind the scenes to help ensure billing matters are handled accurately and efficiently. Known for her dependability, sense of humor, and willingness to help, Tisha is a wonderful team member and an important part of KCC’s day-to-day operations. Outside of KCC, Tisha is a devoted wife and mother who loves animals, enjoys repurposing furniture, and has a talent for making those around her laugh.

Erin is passionate about helping people and walking with them through life’s victories and challenges. From a young age, she knew being present with people as they sought healthcare services was her calling. After receiving her BS in Global Community Health from Johnson University, she worked and learned among people in Kenya, France, and the Ivory Coast. She has been a resident of Kernersville since childhood and is excited to give back to the community that built her. 

Anne is a Kernersville native who brings warmth, attention to detail, and a helpful spirit to her role at KCC. She understands that reaching out for counseling can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she strives to help clients feel comfortable and supported as they navigate the process. Around the office, Anne is known for her attention to detail, willingness to help wherever needed, and knowledge of billing and insurance. She values being part of a team that works together to provide a positive experience for KCC clients from their very first interaction.

Outside of KCC, Anne enjoys photography, gardening, horticulture, and, most of all, spending time with her family.

Kayla serves as KCC’s Lead Client Care Coordinator and brings more than 15 years of experience in client and patient relations to her role. A lifelong resident of the Triad area, she combines strong community roots with a genuine passion for helping others. Known for her warmth, dependability, and dedication, Kayla helps ensure that clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with KCC. In her leadership role, she also provides guidance and support to the Client Care team, helping maintain the high standard of professionalism and compassionate service that KCC strives to provide.

Lori is one of the newest members of KCC’s administrative team and serves as a Client Care Coordinator. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, along with a genuine desire to help others feel welcomed and supported. Lori is excited to be part of the KCC team and looks forward to assisting clients as they take the first steps toward connecting with the care and support they need.
