Arianna is a graduate student in the Counseling and Educational Development program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her previous experience includes mentoring college students and working alongside health psychologists on research involving mental health assessments.
Arianna believes counseling should be a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported without judgment. She understands that growth looks different for everyone and enjoys working collaboratively with clients as they better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change.
Her approach is influenced by Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems. She values building genuine connections with clients while helping them develop practical tools to manage emotions, cope with stress, and navigate relationships and life experiences. Arianna strives to create an inclusive environment that honors each client's unique identity, background, and experiences.
Outside of counseling, Arianna enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants. She especially enjoys discovering new experiences and making memories with friends and family.
