Bridgette (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and a National Certified Counselor. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University. Throughout her career, Bridgette has supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, co-occurring disorders, and major life transitions. She is deeply passionate about establishing a secure, non-judgmental space where individuals can safely process their emotions, explore their identity, and clarify their personal goals.
Bridgette works with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults, and utilizes a person-centered approach for each individual. Recognizing that establishing personal safety is foundational to mental wellness, she integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to equip clients with practical tools for sustainable growth.
Guided by the principles of Person-Centered Therapy, Bridgette provides unconditional positive regard and empathic understanding to clients of all backgrounds, identities, and values. Through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, she empowers clients to recognize their capacity for resilience, cultivate healthy coping strategies, and confidently step into the next chapter of their lives.
