Hannah (she/her) works with individuals ages 14 and older to address a variety of concerns including identity formation and exploration, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, life- transitions, self-image, and interpersonal relationships.
Hannah deeply values the therapeutic relationship and considers it her greatest privilege to stand alongside individuals as they reflect, grieve, process trauma, celebrate, increase personal awareness, identify and pursue their values, learn new skills, and work to build a life that is personally meaningful. For Hannah, the counseling process is inherently collaborative and will look different for each person. Hannah primarily utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-focused Therapy in her practice, although she will draw from other approaches as needed.
Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from William Jewell College and received her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
