Jessy Flanery, MS, LCMHCS, NCC, Director of Clinical Services

Jessy is a therapist who is passionate about her work and draws on both professional and personal experience to connect with her clients. Professionally, she is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with two counseling degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

During her 15+ years in mental health, Jessy has worked with clients from ages 5 to 70 years old and particularly loves working with youth and their families.  Personally, Jessy was raised in the Triad in a family that included educators, veterans, trauma survivors, and those with chronic medical issues. As a result, she sought training to serve those who have had similar experiences. Jessy has additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Psychology, and counseling with military families. She enjoys working with clients who find themselves struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship conflict, and life transitions. Children with behavioral problems, attachment issues, and sensory disorders are especially welcomed in her office.

When not in the office, Jessy loves spending time with her husband and two sons outside in nature or inside watching movies and reading books.
