Natalie (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Psychology, and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
Natalie’s experience includes the assessment and treatment of diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults/college students, and adults. She has worked with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment/life transitions, grief and loss, parenting difficulties, trauma, self-harm, and self-esteem. In her counseling approach, Natalie integrates Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy modalities, ensuring tailored and effective interventions for her clients.
She strives to empower her clients from diverse backgrounds to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and authenticity. Committed to fostering a safe and inclusive space where individuals of all identities feel heard, valued, and understood. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, Natalie strives to honor the unique experiences and perspectives of each client, while providing them with the tools and support needed to achieve their goals and cultivate meaningful change.
